We’re looking for anything that surprises us, connects us, pulls us somewhere we didn’t know how to get to before. We’re looking for excellent writing, for stuff that’s too experimental for other journals. Send us stuff that makes you nervous to read. Send it all.
All submissions must be in a single document (12 pt, any standard font type) with each new piece beginning on a new page.
We only accept previously unpublished work (including work published on private blogs/social media/etc).
We accept submissions year round. Please allow up to six months for us to get back to you (most responses will occur within three months).
Do not include your name or a biography in the cover letter or document. We read submissions blindly. If we like what you’ve got we’ll email you asking for a bio.
We will not read submissions that do not follow these few simple guidelines.
